Accommodation, rooms and rates at Pansukian hotel, Siargao island

Pansukian has three room categories: the superior tropical villa (one unit), the tropical villa (four units -- one of the four is a family villa with two bedrooms and one shared bathroom) and the garden cottage (three units).


All villas are enclosed in private gardens, have bigger verandahs and rooms, have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, mini refrigerators, spacious bathrooms equipped with hot water, etc. The difference between the superior villa and regular villa is that the superior one has a bathtub and separate enclosure for the toilet.


The garden cottages are much smaller, they are also air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, but their bathrooms are OUTSIDE the cottage and are not equipped with HOT water.


We have eight cottages. For your information, here is the breakdown of maximum capacity for each villa and garden cottage:


superior villa (with partial sea view): 4 but can add two extra beds.


tropical villa 1: 4 but can add two extra beds

tropical villa 2: 4

tropical villa 3: 4

tropical villa 4 (family villa - two rooms, one shared bathroom; with sea view): 7


garden cottage 1 (with sea view): 2 but can add extra bed

garden cottage 2 (with partial sea view): 4 but can add one to two extra beds

garden cottage 3: 2


All villas and the garden cottages that can fit four have one big bed in the middle and a window seat on either side that double as extra beds.

Children 2-12 are entitled to 50% off. Infants are free of charge. Our rates include meals. Lunch and dinner are set so please advise us if anyone has any food allergies or dietary restrictions. (Please let us know if everyone can eat fish, mussels, shrimps, crabs, clams, pork, chicken, dairy products and peanuts.) Our rates also include use of hobie cat, kayaks, snorkels, etc.

The rates do NOT include transfers, all drinks, extra meals/snacks, island tours, diving, fishing, massages, laundry, e-mail, etc.
